After installing sucessfully, am I supposed to delete any files? Like install.php for example?

I did read through the Readme and I didn't see anything about this, but I'm sure it's a security issue if I don't...?

You don't need to delete anything.  There is no security risk in leaving install.php - the file is locked out from being used again.  Try it and see for yourself.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.
