move ratings, db_input, navigation menu

Hey there.

I have four questions.
1st. How do I move the ratings icons in the displayimage.php from currently being under the thumbnails to in between the large picture and the comments?

2nd. Once the user adds a comment, the db_input.php  comes up and says that comment has been added and user has to click continue..how can you make it so that the browser goes automatically (without having the user click continue) back to the image?

3rd. How can you move around and delete some of the icons in the navigation menu in the displayimage.php site?

4th. How do you remove the 'Home' link in the breadcrumbs in the displayimage.php?
Instead of Home > Parties > Ministry of Sound
I would like it to be Parties > Ministry of Sound
