Add Extern Url Pics !!!!

Hay,
I have a big problem,
i need a funktion too add pics of a extern webspace...
ther must be a funktion too add "http://www.myexternpic.com/pic.jpg"
and the preview pic save generate on the "orginal" webspace ..
