For some reason I am unable to access my users list when they was less than 1200 i can access it but now I can't and when i click on the link of my users list its take long time (more than 10 -15 minutes ) to give me error massage

the pages number for my album doesn't appear most the time and i find this problem at some other site which using the same program

You have 1.2.0, please try to post in the appropriate forum, but preferably upgrade to 1.3.2.
i tried to update it through 9baya.com/album/update.php so is it good way ??

You need to download the cpg1.3.2 package, unzip it and read the update instructions in the documentation that comes with it (inside the docs folder). You can read the instructions as well in the online version of the documentation (link at top of this page).
