I'd like to see all categories on the start page, not only the ones which have albums included.
I have a category countries with subcategories Africa and Europe, Europe has subcategories Italy and Spain and Italy has albums called Rome, Florence, ...
Coppermine shows now only Rome and Florence, but not the upper categories Italy, .... How can I change this?
