I cannot find any where in CPG to change personal information (such as, email, password, any personal information) except in admin mode??!
what's so bad about this? In fact, you (as admin) should never leave admin mode at all - user mode was intended to let the admin have a quick glance how the gallery looked like when a regular user logs in (without the admin menu options), mostly when modifying a theme. Since you're probably not constantly modifying your theme, you should always stay in admin mode (and edit your own profile using the button that is labelled "my profile"). If you want to test other things, create a test user account for yourself (with regular user powers) and log in as this particular user to see what the user actually can do and see. More experienced coppermine admins use two different browsers: in one, they're constantly logged in as admin, in the other browser, they're logged in as regular user. As different browsers don't share their cookies, you can independently move/browse around.
If you question is "how to change another user's profile", the answer is basically the same: use the "users" link from the admin menu to edit a particular user's profile - never leave admin mode to have the link permanently visible for you.
