I'm new to this software, and I've been trying to get it to work for like 3 days.
I can't upload at all. Below is the two different ways I tried.

Here's what the Debug Info says when I try to upload a file FROM MY PC TO the server.

Did you follow the installation instructions and CHMOD the files and directories it tells you to? Have you tried uploading the pictures to your site via FTP (in a directory in the albums directory that you need to create) and batch add them? Have you created any albums to upload into yet?

CHMOD the files and directories it tells you to??? I don't know what you mean by this?

Have you tried uploading the pictures to your site via FTP (in a directory in the albums directory that you need to create) and batch add them? Have you created any albums to upload into yet?

My next question (after I got it working correctly, was going to be; how to upload a batch of files?

Somebody help please I'm lost :(
