In my photoalbum I have now 6 users make photos and would like them to upload to the photoalbum, most time must the photo in a new album,
is there a option that user in some catergorie can make a album and in other not. I have no time at al to make the albums for them, and i will not give everyone admin's right

If you allow users to have personal albums, set in the groups settings, then they can create their own albums, but only in the 'user galleries' category.

That's correct, only in the user galleries, not in other categories.
But any way, did they can makes new albums in other category?
or it imposible?

regular users can only create albums within their own "user gallery", nowhere else. No workaround existing.
