those are no errors, but just notices. As Casper suggested: turn the display or debug_output and notices off in coppermine config. There have been issues with the utf-8 language files of the cpg1.3.2 package, some of them have been broken (not related to your error message though), get a fresh copy of the language files from the web cvs (http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/coppermine/stable/lang/).
