nope, it never existed on the old site chezgreg.net, it must have been some user contribution that was available for download from somewhere else.
The usage of cpg1.0 is not recommended, as both rc1 and rc3 had a vulnerabilty - there have been exploits for it on the internet elsewhere.
You should go for 1.1.0 (which comes with dutch as well) if you're not in for the latest release.
