Do you mean that upgrading to PHP 4.3.10 would fix this problem? The answer is supposed to be yes but then who knows if there are other problems. 4.3.9 was supposed to fix issues but look what it brought.
you need to update both PHP and then Zend Optimzer. You'll have to track the Perl script that f***ed up your page and get rid of it as well.
