when i start up install.php
it shows Not in Coppermine...
who knows the reason?

Are you trying to install Coppermine into a nuke website? Did you read and follow the installation instructions? We're not mindreaders - we need more information to help you.
PS. You need to upgrade to PHP 4.3.10, or have your host upgrade. 4.3.9 contains serious security flaw that allows the site to get easily hacked.
Your host must also upgrade the Zend optimizer to 2.5.7, otherwise your scripts won't work.

You have a MySQL database. What's the name of it?
You haven't uploaded your /sql directory properly.
@ kegobeer: It is Confixx Profesional. Suppose it is a german server...
but how can I upload sql??? There are only 3 readme files in there? Dunno...
Did you upload all of the Coppermine files and directories and follow the installation directions?
And files that end with .sql are not readme files.
