Title: Uploading Teething Problems
Post by: themidge on January 19, 2005, 10:55:41 PM
Hello!

Installation went pretty smooth! I thought all was going to go well until this happened. I'm really sorry if there's another solution already posted but I just can't find one and I'm running out of time. Here is what I get at the top of the page when describing/placing the picture:

Warning: exec(): Unable to fork [""C:/imagingsoftware/convert" -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 150x112 "C:/Domains/photogalleries.mjm88.com/cpg132/./albums/edit/mHTTP_temp_8b556b67.JPG" "C:/Domains/photogalleries.mjm88.com/cpg132/./albums/edit/preview_c508b514.JPG""] in C:\Domains\photogalleries.mjm88.com\cpg132\include\picmgmt.inc.php on line 159

If anyone can help, I will be so grateful. This is located at: photogalleries.mjm88.com

Regards,

Matt

You don't have ImageMagick installed correctly.  Installing it on Windows and getting it to work can be tricky.

Switch to GD and see if your problem goes away.  Then you can do some research on Google to find installation help for ImageMagick.

And since you are running Windows, this may be a permissions problem.
