Title: List Albums on Sidebar

How can you list the albums on the side in a single column - with the gallery just adjacent to the right?  Is this possible?

I did ;) could be that i'm reading his question upside down but he asks for a sidebar with the albums and the gallery to the right. I read "gallery" as the whole cpg.

If i'm wrong there is also a mod which displays the images on the vertical bar instead of a horizontal one. Not sure if that might be the solution then.

Tarique  is correct - I am looking for a column within the webpage which would have a simple list of the available albums - even a drop down lost of the albums would work as well.  Thanks.  Jim

Maybe it can be done by converting the vertical filmstrip idea a bit

Not really what I am looking for - I have a bunch of albums - so I want to list them (or use a drop down) on the left - while you can still see the most current images on the right.  Currently I have the album list on top - so when you come to the site you see a bunch of text - listing the albums - and have to scroll for the most current uploads.  What I want is a list of albums on the left and directly adjacent the most current images.

Sort of like:

Album 1          most current images would appear here.
Album 2
Album 3
Album 4
....

I get the idea. it's why i mentioned the mod for the vertical filmstrip for when your in a album.

What you want is similair but then displaying the albums instead of pics. You have to remember that categories are displayed as well. So the deeper the albums in the hierarchy the wider the album column becomes (Which depends on how you set the option for album displaying in the config page)

Might be a good mod this :) if someone can lend a coding hand.
