How can i hide categories for anonymous user.

I've tried a lot but nothing works ???

only albums can be hidden, categories can't.

and how can i hide the albums.....???

I only get a Thumbnail with the word Private

Seen the config option "Show private album icon to unlogged user" ?

Not sure if this is where this post belongs, but it is relevant to the thread. I want to require users to login to see anything, including the Categories list. I submit this as a feature request/enhancement. The goal is to have a gallery for members-only, and this not be just limited to albums but to include categories as well. Thanks.
