Title: 2 general questions: layout, thumbnails
Post by: thorthor on March 03, 2005, 09:57:33 PM
hi there

i have two questions:
1. is it a major problem to adapt coppermine to a clear web layout like:

http://www.unscharf.de/foto_portrait.php?anav=2&bnav=1&cnav=0

2. is it possible to create thumbnails with a cropping of the image so that i always get thumbs of 100x100 px?

thx in advance

thor

No, it's easy to have a left-hand navigation. Go to the demo (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/demo/) and use the "coose theme" dropdown to see several examples

This has been asked before, but afaik those who have accomplished this haven't submitted the code. So yes, it's possible, but you need good coding skills. If you don't have them, you can't do this.
