There's no nuke support here (nor anywhere else), and there's no version 1.3 of the nuke port anyway. However, you're welcome to take a look at cpgnuke (http://www.cpgnuke.com). Afaik the last nuke port that was released contained video support though. Moving this to the deprecated nuke support board, read the stickies there for details.
