The persian and thai files come in pairs, with a utf version for each...

This was an error I made - I added them the "old-fashioned" way to the devel branch, not minding the new language file format. I thought I had the versions removed, but that proved to be true only for my local copy, I forgot to commit the changes. Should be done now.
