Print Page - Could not be placed

I am trying to upload a file and everything looks normal up to the point that the placing in an album is taking place. I get the message upload seems to be succesfull and then the message "the previous file could nog be placed". How to fix this?

Problem solved. The server was set on safe mode without telling us.
