hello
i have a coppermine gallery, i got 4 members
me, and 3 others

i want to make it so others can upload files normally
and each of them can have their own album

but when i did that they all went into the same category
i have 2 categories, admin for myself, and moderator for the other 3
but for some reason they all went into admin

and

how come the 1st category doesnt have thumbnails?

i need thumbnails, and i need it so all the moderator's upload
in their own album, in the moderator' category.

if u are unclear about what i said feel free to ask
because i need to fix this gallery asap

Can you post a link to your site ?

The first category is the user galleries category. Make sure you have albums in your categories.

this is what i want ^, i want the 3 to be in moderator's gallery
and i want myself ( illusionest ) to be in the admin gallery
i MIGHT have a members gallery

either way, my moderators cant upload files
it says "no album to upload files"

As I said - Make sure you have albums in your categories. People cannot upload into an empty category, only into albums. Then make sure you have enabled uploading in album properties.

ok
i made some albums in the moderator's gallery

empty ones

and i made another user to test things out
username= testing
password = 123

lets say this guy's album was testing,
i logged in, clicked on upload files

doesnt work, and i get this screen

Make sure you have enabled uploading in album properties and the groups page.
