Title: Removing Coppermine
Post by: datadr on September 30, 2003, 02:19:26 AM
Hi all. I need to remove Coppermine from my server. I have had it in test for quite awhile, but have found that my lack of php skills have kept me from being able to get it to do the things I need.

Thanks for any assistance..

hmmm....just delete the coppermine directory and drop the coppermine tables...it might also be helpful to the dev team if you explained what you were unable to accomplish or what feature is missing.
Title: What I wanted

I run a site, that has models on it. WE were trying to make a front end, open to the public, whereby models could put up their images, give some information about themselves, and the type of work they were looking for.

We found getting the information to load and come up was quite complex. Images were not the problem.

Take a look at www.netmodels.com, and you will get an idea of what we were trying to accomplish. Right now we have entered into negotiations with a programer to create what we need from scratch.

That aside, I did find Coppermine everything it was designed to be. Its a great program.

actually, it should be www.netmodels.com (without the comma) - but I can't see anything special but a "buy this domain" and a "viagra"-link, and a pop-up on close, so we won't find out for now what your site was going to be about
