Print Page - Common Categories for both users and admin?

Hiy'all!

Is it possible for both the administrator and the registered users to use the categories? I installed version 1.3.2 and it seems like only the administrator can use the categories.

I would like the registered users to be able to use "common" categories.

Only admins can create and edit main categories and albums. If you create some albums in the category and set them to allow uploads, along with allowing uploads in the groups page then your users can upload into these public albums.

Hi, As a admin, please can you tell me how :
1. I can set albums to allow uploads in my categories
2. I allow uploads in the groups page.
