Title: I've Coppermine 1.2 now but..

if i upload 1.3 will all the images stay or will they be removed?

Then you didn't follow the instructions properly. Post what you did and a link to your site.

I changed everything into the new 1.3.3 coppermine exept Albums so the pics where there all the time.
Then i opened http://gallery.miss-xtina.com/coppermine_dir/install.php and after that EVERYTHING was gone!  :o

Why did you run install.php ?

I expect you have simply installed a new version of coppermine over your old one, so edit your include/config.inc.php and put in the values that were there originally for the 1.2 gallery. Then run update.php to update your gallery.

this is weird now i'm in my FTP and i see that /coppermine_dir/albums/userpics/10001 all the pictures are but they aren't in the gallery!

the files exist on the webserver's file system, but not in the database, that's why you see them using your FTP client, but not in your browser. This is expected behaviour from what you reported before. Do as Nibbler suggested, wild guessing won't help.
