Print Page - Last Additions not on front page but on every other page

Title: Last Additions not on front page but on every other page

I know how to take lastup out from config to turn it off throughout coppermine. How do i keep it on for every other page. I don't want lastup and random to show on the main page (front page) but on every other page when users click on a category or an album...

any help or adivice is appreciated.
