i realy love it..

how can i let my users to upload there files directly without keeping them in the waiting list (upload approvals)
??

Please read the documentation.  That setting is in the groups control panel.

i went to group cp but didnt get it
how can i let my users upload their filed direct without keeping the files in the upproval list??

I guess you didn't bother to RTFM like I asked you to.  It's pretty specific.

Groups -> Whatever group you are talking about -> Pub/Priv Upl. Approval
