I uploaded coppermine to my server yesterday and it turns out the server I'm on has a lot of trouble running Coppermine... I went ahead and used a different photo album, but I can't delete some of the coppermine files off my CGI account. It says to make sure I have permission.
How do I remove them?
Dustin
Which files?
The first time I uploaded it I put them in the gallery dir:
gallery
/albums/userpics/dummy/dummy.txt
/setup
I was told to download and upload it into another dir to see if maybe all the files didn't download with the zip and it's:
coppermine
/albums/userpics/dummy/dummy.txt
The dummy.txt size are 0 but when I click delete it says to make sure the file and folder exsist and that I have the necessary permission to delete them.

Use your FTP client to change the permissions, then delete them. If you can't, ask your host to either CHOWN them for you so you can delete them, or just ask them to delete the files for you.
Do you know what permissions I should check or uncheck? I also looked at my servers FAQ section and they also posted that when they tried to install coppermine it wouldn't work, and let them with files they are unable to delete... LOL> Maybe I'm stuck with them?
