Enable debug mode using phpmyadmin. Look in the cpg_config table and change the value to 1 where the name is debug_mode.

I think you're using an outdated version of coppermine, upgrade to the most recent stable version, cpg1.3.3

I've upgraded to 1.3.3 with Fantastico, but the error is still there (http://gallery.extremeillusion.com/)
It looks like the same error as with the zend optimizer that existed a while ago (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=12979.0). I suggest seeking support from your host.
