When I use the Ecard function to send a card the "If the e-card does not display correctly, click this link" is incorrect, it
omits the /gallery and is inserting a period that makes the picture not show up when the link is used.

(See link below) I am using Coppermine v1.20 with IPB ver1.3F on a bad blue server. Do you have any suggestions?

make sure you have configured the "Target address for the 'See more pictures' link in e-cards" settings properly in coppermine config.
Also, you may be suffering from an improperly configured server, since you seem to be running a webserver by yourself. I can't recommend doing that!
