I am testing 1.4.1. beta version. But i cant Access to CONFIG Why?

When i push config it apears:

Garelly Configuration
Expand All

I push Xpand All but not work (isn status bar apears "javascript:expand();" when i push

Please check the bugs board before you post to avoid posting reports of bugs that have already been fixed.
