I am trying to install coppermine on my website
www.hazel-eyes.org/tears and i am following this manaul http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/manual.php#installation
on step 2.1 it says "Run the install script on your server (http://your_server/coppermine_dir/install.php) and follow the instructions" when i go to http://hazel-eyes.org/tears/coppermine_dir/install.php it says it doesn't exsist, can anyone help?

where did you upload the coppermine files to?

i use smartftp and i just uploaded it to the main site....

I mean: into which folder? Is it actually named "coppermine_dir" - probably not!
