Whenever anyone tries to upload pictures to my galleries it says:
0 uploads were successful.
The following uploads encountered errors:
Error Message
Impossible to Move
Also, when I go to the upload page, even before attempting an upload, it says on the top:

NOTE:
I found numerous posts with this problem, but they provided no info on how to fix it. ??? ??? ???
there are hundreds of posts that tell you what to do to fix this:
1) upgrade: you're not running the most recent stable version cpg1.3.3
2) Re-create the edit folder
3) CHMOD as suggested in the docs
