Title: I HAVE THE FOLLOWING ERROR when trying to upload a pic

you haven't specified the correct ImageMagick path during install. Go to coppermine's config and switch " Method for resizing images" to "GD2" and check if this works for you, or ask your webhost for the proper path to ImageMagick's executables and enter them in config. You need either GD or ImageMagick to run coppermine (see the minimum requirements).

my webhost doesnt know wich path to use for the imagemagick convert couse he doesnt know about this software so i want to know if you have a general path that can be use with imagemagick couse in the other choices gd1 and gd2 it says and error saying that my server doesnt support this program...

what should i do thanks in forward...

I would suggest changing to a webhost that knows what it's doing. :-\\ This is not that hard for a server admin.

you don't have ImageMagick nor GD - this means you can't use coppermine, it's as simple as that: read the minimum requirements (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php#MinimumRequirements). If you need it, do as TranzNDance suggested and find a new webhost, your current webhost indeed appears to have little idea about properly running a server.
