Title: Is there a gzip version of Coppermine to download?
Post by: ATT_Steve on August 20, 2005, 11:45:26 AM
My ISP is PlusNet. They have a walkthrough guide to install Coppermine, but they say I need to download the gzip version of Coppermine. I can't seem to find it. Do you have one? I have downloaded the zip version, but I don't know how to install on the server. I am a newbie at this sort of stuff. If there is no gzip version, how do I go about uploading to PlusNets server into cgi space?

the instructions that come with the coppermine package (zip version) should be valid for your webhost as well. Just download the package, unzip it on your pc and then upload the whole enchilada to the folder that is suggested in your webhost's docs.
