Out the blue this error has appeared at the top of the page when trying to upload pics

tried changing permission but it just resluts in the page not being shown...

1) Search the board before posting, this has been asked and answered very often already
2) Re-create you edit folder
3) CHMOD your edit folder as suggested
4) Upgrade to the most recent coppermine version, yours is outdated
