only post debug output when a supporter requests it. Instead: post a link and non-admin test user account with upload privileges.

well, the pics don't exist on the server, you'll have to upload them to the new server:
http://happymalls.com.tw/photo/albums/userpics/10179/thumb_940822-4.jpg and http://happymalls.com.tw/photo/albums/userpics/10179/940822-4.jpg return

Ok, then. But while I login as adim user, I cannot either delete the pics or uplaod new photo(image not shown). Whatr's going on?

You may try to upload a photo, and you'll know what I mean.

Thanx for your help.

I know exactly what you mean. I'll try it later. But the problem of http upload still exsists as I mentioned above.

when you moved from your old server to the new one, you were suppossed to download all files from the old server (using ftp) and create a mysql dump. Then, on the new server, you were meant to upload all files you downloaded from the old server to the new one (again: using FTP). Then, you were meant to restore your mysql dump from the old server on the new server. Coppermine only "knows" the relative position of a file within the albums folder, if the pic is not there, it won't be able to display it. As I said before: the pic doesn't exist in the location the coppermine database "thinks" it should exist in, that's why you get a broken image. Restore the pic file, and the broken image will go away.

To solve any http upload issues you might have (which is a different issue and shouldn't have gone into the same thread, as we have a "one question per thread" policy you agreed to respect when signing up, do as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/tutorial/uploads/troubleshooting.php
