currently not possible, and no hack or mod existing to accomplish what you're up to.

I read it and I didnt see anything that helps me in what I'm trying

I created a public album, enabled the "Visitors can upload files" and the registered users group does have permission to upload files, so how do they do it? couse as a user when I go to the Upload option I get the "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files " message"

Create a test user and post the username/password here.  Make sure only one public album is set for "Visitors can upload files".

sure, we'll try to test-upload to a bunch of screenshots ;D
On the internet, there can hardly be such a thing as a private web page. Once this issue has been fixed, you can safely disable the test user account we asked you for, so imo it should be pretty safe to post a link to your site.

I can't replicate this problem on my 1.3.4 non-bridged install.  The only way to get accurate help is to post a link, as GauGau suggests.  Otherwise it's just a guessing game, and your guess would be as good as ours.
