This means that you can't use ImageMagick on your server. Try using GD (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg13x/docs/index.htm#config_picture_thumb_advanced) instead (coppermine's config: "Method for resizing images"). Check the FAQ (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php) for details.
