did you read section 5, where bridging of coppermine and your bbs application (in your case phpbb) is explained?

Well I did but I"m a little slow if you know what I mean....I was looking for like a basic summary.

that's as basic as it possibly can get. If it's too complicated for you I recommend hiring someone who does this for you.
