Anyone that supports PHP/MySQL DataBases (i guess almost all webhosts has this feature).

I use Dr2.Net (http://dr2.net), they are great.
Very CHEAP, Fast, and have a "kickass" board, where all users exchange feedback/tips/tricks/support/etc... 24h/7.

Want a nice TIP? Check this out: http://www.findmyhosting.com/searchresults.asp?page=1&op=1&ty=8&sid=515031

if link above doesn't work, try:

Good Luck!

not quite: you'll need a webhost that has some image library running as well: either GD or ImageMagick.
Please check the minimum requirements (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/faq.php?q=MinimumRequirements#MinimumRequirements).

Ok, thanks :D

I know the minimum requirements, but I haven't been able to find a free webhosting with all the features that you require.

in France, there's free.fr
in Germany, there's tripod/lycos (might be available in other countries as well).
But: you get what you deserve - free webhosting sucks! There are budget hosts that are reported to work well. If you can't afford to spend at least small money, the things you're going to publish on your website probably aren't worth publishing
