post a link and non-admin test user account (if you can). You probably set up your cookies incorrectly, or you have an improper client (i.e. browser) setup. Try logging in with another browser as well and see if this fixes your issues.

Check your browser settings, security settings, firewall settings, etc.  Try a different browser on your machine.  Your browser/computer apparantly isn't allowing cookies to be set on your machine.

If you have "Norton Internet Security" or similar, that's the place to check first: out-of-the-box, this app (and some others like the one from McAfee) have silly (or rather paranoid) cookie settings. As you chose not to do as suggested (posting a link and test user account), you're on your own with this, as we can hardly help you with client configuration issues.

RTFM, how are we to know? Those apps come with manuals and online help. We don't know your client apps. Usually, such apps have a slider that can set the "privacy level" from high to low. Probably there's also a whitelist where you could add your site to.
This board is for coppermine, a web application that runs on a server. There's no client support to be found here, just because we can't.
