dont know my version off hand, but the search.php page seems to only allow for filename searchs. what can i change to have it be able to search for names of albums in all catagorys?

The unsupported devel version cpg1.4.x has advanced search options, you might want to look into it (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/search.php). Mind you though: it goes unsupported while in beta stage!

My 1.3x vanished when my harddrive melted several weeks ago so I can't test this but as a work around can't you put the album name in one of the description fields or caption? Mask it in some clever sentence?
