We have a "One question per thread" policy here so the others will be ignored.

Read the faq on customizing a footer. Then use a negative css value for margin-top on your copyright so that it goes above the coppermine footer.

Goodness, do you intend to be obnoxious to supporters? You create a thread that violated our policy. It has an unhelpful subject line. Then you change your post so that my message no longer makes sense. Then you create three different threads with the same subject of 'Question?'
