Title: Theme EyeBall doesn;t show up on phpnuke69

i installed Coppermine on phpnuke69 and i got a problem when i went in config to change from default theme to Eyeball theme:

Template error
Failed to find block 'logout'(#(<!-- BEGIN logout -->)(.*?)(<!-- END logout -->)#s) in :

Read Install-english.txt re default theme
