Title: number of page on the top

Hi,
on the main page, with the categories and the albums, there is the number of page in bottom.  I would like to put it in top and to put "Page 1|Page 2|Page 3|" instead of |1|2|3|. Somebody could help me? Which are the files and the lines to change?

Those "number of page in bottom" are called tabs. 
A search for "Tabs on Top" gave me this:
