Option 1) As admin, go to the properties of at least one album and allow file uploads to it. Make sure that in the group panel the group the test user belongs to has the privilege to upload to public albums ("universal" album where every user who belongs to a group that is allowed to upload will be able to upload to)

Option 2) If you want to allow users to have their own user gallery, enable this option in the group panel. Your users will then have to click on "create/order my albums" and create at least one album into which they can upload (individual album for the particular user)

Albums hold pictures. Please read the documentation.

THANKS!!! I thought that the "allow visitors to upload files" was for people who wasn't signed up for the site. That's why.  ;D

That's why it's mandatory to read the documentation that comes with coppermine - it's explained there!
