Title: SWITCHING SERVERS
Post by: Tatrader on October 15, 2005, 10:13:33 PM
Recently, the company that hosts my shopping cart and server, switched servers.
As a result, my coppermine 1.3.2 works fine, but now I cannot upload new individual images.   I have attempted to put in the numbers 777 and 755 again, but it still doesn't work.  I am using Windows XP professional.

Here is the error message I receive when I attempt to upload a file:

Destination directory albums/userpics/10001/ is not writable by the script !
File: /home/httpd/vhosts/pointofpower.com/httpdocs/Gallery/db_input.php - Line: 241

Any help appreciated...I love your program.

Below is info from the debug mode:

If setting a chmod of 777 or 755 does not make the directory writable then you'll need to seek support from your host.
