Unpacking, uploading, CHMODing, running install.php - that's all. What's so hard about that? It won't get easier with other apps. However, if this is too hard for you, you might want to look into an app like Arles (http://www.digitaldutch.com/arles/) that creates the gallery on your local pc and requires only uploading to your webspace.
