Title: Album links in index.php
Post by: Gaurav on October 31, 2005, 06:52:02 AM
Hi,

I am not sure if someone has done that before or not, but I would like to change the way default coppermine theme looks like.

On the index page, instead of the categories and their albums' thumbnails, I would like to show thumbnail of the first album, and text links for the rest of the 4-5 albums. It is something like "Entertainment" or "Buzz log" sections at http://www.yahoo.com

I understand that the function get_cat_list($cat_data, $statistics); handles the display in the index.php, so I created another function, which would display what I want, but it is displayed at the top of the page. Is there a document which would tell me how to port the contents from that function to a theme, so that I can replace contents from get_cat_list() to my function. I am not using the variables like CAT_TITLE etc.

Thanks for any help.

Title: Change in theme and php code

Hi,

I posted a topic here (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=23231.0). I am not sure how to do it. Can you do it for me? I think $20 should be fine for this job, but if you have a different price quote, do let me know.

Thanks!
