Would it be possible to make a new colum to the right to the album description and add the folowing stats = "There are % files in this album. Last file was added %."
I've attached a picture showing what I mean... :)
If anyone know what files I have to edit, and how I may fetch that information please let me know, thanks!

Sorry, I've missunderstood what you actually want. Now I'm sure you want to have a table a table with three cells (album pic on the left, description in the mid and stats on the right)
in theme.php find $template_album_list
modify the part between <!-- BEGIN album_cell --> and <!-- END album_cell --> to your likings
