I need more than 4 custom fields for image description for some public upload albums of my CPG ... how do I insert more fields ??? Is it possible that this new fiels are the "required info" type ???

without severe overall code changes: not possible. Unless you're a good coder: forget it. Use exif data instead as a workaround.
